    Hi there, my small but fat cat has 14 inch chest and about an 11 inch neck…what size would you recommend for her?

With your inquiry we have discovered that when the manufacturer improved the harness they changed the sizing so our chart that we show on our website is incorrect. We apologize for the confusion.
